Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Try Sticker, all products are custom-made and personalized according to customer requirements. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

As our products are customized and manufactured specifically for each order, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incomplete

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect product received

you must contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Important Requirement

To be eligible for any damage, missing item, or wrong product claim, an uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.

  • Wrong product was delivered.

  • Product is missing from the shipment.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery along with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs

  • Complete unboxing video

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will determine whether a replacement or exchange is applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized products

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order products

  • Decorative acrylic plates customized with customer-provided details

  • Sale items

  • Promotional items

  • Gift cards

Because every order is manufactured specifically according to customer specifications, returns are not accepted due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering mistakes made by the customer

  • Incorrect customization details submitted by the customer

  • Personal preference regarding color, size, design, or appearance

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and manufacturing processes.

Decorative Product Disclaimer

Certain customized acrylic products sold by Try Sticker are intended for decorative, gifting, display, collection, personalization, or garage decor purposes.

Try Sticker does not represent any decorative acrylic product as a government-approved vehicle registration plate. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding product usage.

Refunds

As all products are customized and manufactured specifically for each order, we generally do not offer refunds.

Approved cases involving:

  • Damaged products

  • Missing products

  • Incorrect products

will normally be resolved through replacement or exchange rather than monetary refund.

If a refund is approved at our sole discretion under exceptional circumstances, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped or entered production.

Once a customized product has been manufactured, processed, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
